Aim: To analyse early recognition of the distal cervical caries mandibular second molar caused by impacted third molar, to correlate oral health and status find out average age groups gender affected Methods: A cross-sectional survey 300 participants was conducted over a 15-month period at Rehmat Memorial Hospital, Abbottabad. having in were analyzed clinically radiographically. Socioeconomic also has great impact on extractions. Conclusion: After conducting this study, it concluded there relationship between prevalence placement neighbouring molars.
